I have been a client for four years. Mo has been super helpful, first in choosing the right plan, then in helping me with claims, and most importantly in being there when I need him.
We were at the hospital with my son after an accident and the hospital was insisting that we pay first. We messaged Mo at 7pm on a Saturday and he made sure the insurer and the hospital were communicating, so we did not have to pay first.
I met Mo several years ago and my family and my business have been clients ever since. There have been issues, mainly with the insurer, but Mo has always been there to solve them.
